I notice you have no response to point #2 then? Are you afraid to admit that you never took me seriously?

[...] I’m already breaking my new year’s resolution of no more than one blog post per day. However, I had to publish this one, because I owe Mike a post. Hopefully I’ll only have one a day after this one. I thank this article on savvy Tech Tips for this information. I loved this article, because I have always put one space after sentences, but my out of date Internet Technology and Computers (had to take it for graduation) class insisted that we were supposed to have two.How many spaces do you put after a sentence? If you’re taken a typing class, then you were probably taught to put two spaces after a period. Two spaces are an old-fashioned method for typewriters, because letters were all the same width, and two spaces were needed so there was no question about the end of a sentence. Computers now adjust the width of letters naturally, so only one space is necessary after a period. Pick up any magazine or book and take a look. Did you enjoy this post?
Very nice site you have. If it makes you feel any better, I wasted a lot of time online in the last several days also, even as I was still writing my essays for the last few applications.

Now forgive me for analyzing your resolutions: (I'd first like to wish you good luck on performing them.)

1. So how long does your computer take to cool down to room temperature? A few minutes at most, right? This resolution doesn't do much, but on the flip side it should be one of your easier ones to accomplish.

2. Are you saying that you actually haven't been considering all the advice you've received over the past 2 years? I'm sure everyone who gave that advice would be disappointed that their concern for you was a wasted effort.

3. For most of the year you accomplished this one quite well! Why do you need to make this a resolution?

4. If you accomplish even half of this one then you are healthier than I am. Congratulations!

5. Online news articles count too, right? I only read newspapers on Sundays now!

6. I must say you control your temper well, or at least I've never seen you blow up.

7. BINGO!!!! It's been more than a year since I told you to be more confident in yourself...so I guess this is one of the advices that you were "unable" to consider! This is the single most important resolution you will ever make! It is this one point--and nothing else--upon which your life truly depends. When you can believe in yourself, you will no longer have to fear any materialistic obstacle of this world... May God and the Force be with you!

Happy New Year's Eve!
