Some blogthings
19th April 2007
This blog seems a little dead, doesn’t it. In addition to that, I have forgotten that this was originally a personal blog. Anyway, some blogthings:)
| You Are 65% Feminist |
![]() You believe in gender equality, at least most of the time. You also believe there are a few exceptions. |
Yes, I guess this sounds like me. I actually agree with this blogthing, unlike many of the other ones that I have tried. There are some things intended for men, such as proposing, paying for dinner;), etc.
| Your Mind is 75% Cluttered |
![]() Try writing down your worst problems and fears. And then put them out of your mind for a while. |
Yes, my mind is cluttered thinking about nonsense to the point in which I can’t distinguish important from obsolete nor pay attention when I’m supposed. Maybe I need to see a hypnotist to clear up my head (shh, not a word to my parents)
| You Are Not a Cheapskate |
![]() You’re generous when you can be, and you never cheat anyone out of what they deserve. If you have the money, you enjoy splurging. But you never overspend. |
This seems somewhat accurate too. I seem to be the one who calculates everything very carefully making sure not to rip myself off, but I don’t cheat people out of money either. I think these blogthings are becoming more accurate.Ok, enough. I was just bored.

tips:
1. switch the google ads option from “images/text” to only “images”, that gets you better ads with bette payoffs.
2. get rid of the annoying popups since the image ads should get you more money.
PS,
settled on your college plan yet?

30% NYU, 40% St. Johns, 30% a state university. So, I guess not really. You sure image ads pay more? When I tried them a while back, I think I was getting less. I’m getting rid of the paypopup ads once I reach my minimum payout. About one more week to go.

NYU is definitely the way to go! Metropolitan life combined with excellent education quality.

If you asked me about this a few months ago, I would have said NYU in a heartbeat. Now, don’t be so sure. St. John’s is in New York too with the same Metropolitan life, and their average starting salary isn’t much lower for actuarial science. If I go there, it will be almost free after my scholarship. I have to decide whether the extra cost at NYU is worth what I’ll get there or not.
I’m considering a state university for a couple reasons too:
1. Again, cost. I’ll be making a little money after my scholarships.
2. Buddy system: It might be more enjoyable here with a lot of old friends.
